Oh, hello, LiveJournal.

I am incredibly sick of turning on the news and seeing nothing but anchors and pundits screaming over each other. Aside from that being annoying in itself, how is anyone’s fucking OPINION news? I’ve got a fuckload of opinions, therefore I must be a news machine. Anyone want to go on tv with me? We can scream til we’re blue and say nothing of substance, and people will still watch. They may even blog about our opinions as though they were gospel. You can bring up the State of the Union address, and I’ll just scream “TURTLES” over and over again. No one will notice a difference in programming, I’m sure.

The news has been on in the background for an hour, and as far as I can tell, I haven’t heard one single FACT.
